  • Honestly, you don’t really even need a yoga mat haha but it definitely helps! ;)

    We recommend a yoga mat as the added cushion makes things a little more comfy, especially for those of us with aging knees.

    Some other things that would benefit your practice - a yoga block and yoga strap. However you can always use a water bottle as a block and a hand towel as a strap.

  • You can access your free trial by signing up for one of our memberships through our website.

    You will automatically be offered 7 days for free and will not be billed until your free trial is over.

    If you would like to continue with your membership, you don’t have to do anything and you will be charged after your trial and your membership will start.

    If you do decide that YDG is not for you, feel free to cnacel anytime before you free trial is over.

  • Feel free to cancel your membership anytime.

    You will need to cancel your membership on the platform you signed up with.

    So if you signed up on the website then you will need to cancel your membership here.

    If you signed up on the App, you will cancel your membership through your App store subscriptions.

  • Lex teaches a multi-level class each week so feel free to jump in right away and take it at your own pace.

    However, check out our fundamentals class for some basic teachings on how to make the most out of your “Move + Groove” time.
